HUD-Approved HECM Lender
We are an approved originator of FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM). HUD approval is required to originate reverse mortgages – it cannot be self-declared. Our HECM practice follows the education-first, no-pressure approach required by federal guidelines.
VA-Certified Loan Officers
Our VA loan officers are certified in VA loan origination, entitlement calculations, Certificate of Eligibility requests, and VA Minimum Property Requirement appraisals. We close VA loans in 30 days — the same timeline as conventional purchases.

Brokers are paid by the lender after your loan closes, not upfront.
Access Financial is compensated by the lender — not by charging you additional fees. We receive a lender-paid commission after your loan closes. This aligns our incentive with yours: we only get paid when your loan closes successfully. All compensation is disclosed on your Loan Estimate within 3 business days of application, as required by federal law
Yes. Access Financial is a federally licensed mortgage broker subject to NMLS oversight, state regulatory audits, and federal consumer protection laws including RESPA and TILA. Your financial documents are shared only with lenders who are evaluating your loan — never sold, shared for marketing, or disclosed to third parties. Digital document transmission uses encrypted secure portals.
